I had a lovely experience at Hotel Tiffany in Laoag. The location is unbeatable, close to everything I needed, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. However, the room I stayed in showed signs of age and wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The lack of an elevator might be a concern for some, especially if you're on a higher floor.
